Any RDL file that you copy into the following folder:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\IDE\PrivateAssemblies\ProjectItems\ReportProject

Note: Could be slightly different depending on Version

will show up as an option when you right click on Report (in the Solution Explorer) and select Add New Item.
